Meet Dr. Kayla Wilkins, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Kayla Wilkins, Au.D., CCC-A, is the esteemed owner and lead audiologist at Aspire Hearing and Balance in Lakeland, Florida. She is dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized hearing and balance care for patients of all ages, ensuring each person receives the attention, warmth, and expertise they deserve.

Dr. Wilkins earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of South Florida, completing her clinical residency at Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance Center. Following her residency, she spent four years collaborating with top otologists, neurotologists, and skull-based surgeons, gaining extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of a wide spectrum of hearing and balance disorders.

She specializes in advanced hearing solutions, including cutting-edge hearing aids, cochlear implants, and bone-anchored hearing devices, making her a trusted expert in complex auditory care.

A proud native of Plant City, Florida, Dr. Wilkins is a devoted wife and mother of two children, Colton and Callie. She enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, and shares her home with her Corgi, Cody. An avid supporter of the USF Bulls, she also invests in educating the community about hearing health and fostering lasting patient relationships.

Dr. Wilkins is Board Certified in Audiology (ABA), holds clinical certification from ASHA, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA). Her leadership and compassionate approach continue to set the standard for hearing and balance care in the Lakeland area.
