Meet Dr. Kayla Wilkins, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Kayla Wilkins is the Owner and Founder of Aspire Hearing Solutions and a Doctor of Audiology dedicated to delivering world-class, personalized hearing care. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of South Florida. Dr. Wilkins is Board Certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology.

Following the completion of her clinical residency, Dr. Wilkins spent five years working alongside leading neurotologists at Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance, where she gained extensive experience managing complex hearing and balance conditions. She later founded Aspire Hearing Solutions in 2017 with the vision of creating a practice centered on exceptional care, advanced technology, and meaningful patient relationships.

Dr. Wilkins’ clinical interests include hearing aids, implantable hearing devices, and the integration of cutting-edge solutions such as Lenire for tinnitus management. She is passionate about helping patients reconnect—with their loved ones, their communities, and the moments that matter most—through individualized, evidence-based care.

What Dr. Wilkins enjoys most about her work is treating patients like family and restoring connection through better hearing. As a practice owner, she also values building and mentoring a strong clinical team and supporting their professional growth. Beyond the clinic, she is deeply committed to giving back to the community, with a special focus on supporting youth programs such as 4H and FFA.

Outside of work, Dr. Wilkins has been married for over ten years and is the proud mother of two children, Colton and Callie. She also has a corgi named Cody. She enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors, and being with her family. A fun fact—Dr. Wilkins was formerly a gymnast on the U.S. National Team.
